An AI-native DAM for the whole media lifecycle

Storage is not the product. Arena Pro is the workspace that takes media from arrival to a searchable, approvable, publishable asset.

How the modules work together

Ingest accepts files, folders, storage connectors, and live HLS or SRT sources. Enrichment builds proxies, storyboards, metadata, faces, OCR, and transcripts.

Find is semantic and timeline-aware. Create happens in Studio and smart clips. Approve happens in Collections. Distribute happens to YouTube, FastoCloud, and downloadable public links.

Supported asset types in the current product: video, audio, image, and document, organised in hierarchical folders with a media-first inspector.

Role-based outcomes

Editors get a timeline that holds up on hour-long material because keyframes are generated on the server at ingest.

Social and digital leads get subject-aware 9:16 and a path from a still-growing recording to a published highlight.

Archivists get automatic metadata plus human review. IT gets a multi-tenant cloud platform and a public API with tenant-scoped keys.

Architecture, stated plainly

Arena Pro is cloud-native and multi-tenant. Partners authenticate with keys that already carry the tenant, so one integration cannot address another library.

A developer portal is generated from the live API contract. Schema discovery tells an integrator which metadata fields are writable and of what type.

FAQ

Is Arena Pro a DAM or a MAM?

It is marketed as an AI-native Digital Asset Management platform for video-rich operations. Teams that historically bought a MAM will recognise live ingest, timeline tools, and broadcast-style delivery. The DAM vs MAM guide explains the vocabulary without forcing a label.

Can it sit behind our existing interface?

Yes. The public REST API covers create, list, presigned upload, ingest, metadata, play URLs, and folders. That is the path for OEM, CMS, and MAM-front-end conversations.

Bring one workflow. We will open it in the product.

One workspace, from arrival to audience

Arena Pro is built around the work media teams already do — not a separate AI console beside the archive.
